East West Properties PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company mainly engaged in the renting of warehouses and yard for commercial purposes. The Company also invests in the shares of East West Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, which specializes in the import, distribution and sale of all types of machinery and equipment, as well as the distribution of ready mix concrete; East West Hotel Developers (Pvy) Ltd, which aims to build a number of hotels at key locations in Sri Lanka, it has not started commercial operations, and East West Leisure (Pvt) Ltd, which will provide adventure tours to younger travelers, aiming to promote off-the-beaten track areas in Sri Lanka, it has not started commercial operations. The Company also owns shares of Peoples Media Network (Pvt) Ltd., which set up, conducts and operates television and radio broadcasting stations, and Weligama Hotel Properties Ltd., which constructs and operates hotel at Weligama.
