As of March 31, 2012, it had four subsidiaries, namely Comark Lanka (Pvt) Limited, which was active in trading aluminium extrusions and accessories; Castalloys (Pvt) Limited, which was involved in the manufacturing of aluminium ingots and billets; Classic Teas (Pvt) Limited, which exported tea; and Comark Engineers (Pvt) Limited, which was majored in undertaking contracts for aluminium fabrication. As of the same date, Clovis Company Limited was the Company's ultimate parent company.
