Lanka Aluminium Industries PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of aluminium extrusions. As of March 31, 2012, it had four subsidiaries, namely Comark Lanka (Pvt) Limited, which was active in trading aluminium extrusions and accessories; Castalloys (Pvt) Limited, which was involved in the manufacturing of aluminium ingots and billets; Classic Teas (Pvt) Limited, which exported tea; and Comark Engineers (Pvt) Limited, which was majored in undertaking contracts for aluminium fabrication. As of the same date, Clovis Company Limited was the Company's ultimate parent company.
