Renuka Agri Foods PLC is a Sri Lanka-based food company. The Company is engaged manufacture and exportation of coconut milk, coconut milk powder, ultra-high-temperature (UHT) treated coconut milk and byproducts derived out of primary processing of coconut. As of March 31, 2013, the Company's parent company was Coco Lanka PLC, and its ultimate parent company was Renuka Group Limited. Through its subsidiaries, The Company is involved in the exportation of tea products and organic certified products; investment property; manufacturing of dairy and fruit juice based products; organic cultivation of agriculture produce; manufacture and sale of soya meat, fish products, colorings, essences and other agricultural produce; planting and managing of forestry, and investment in agricultural property. In March 2013, it purchased 24% interest in Richlife Dairies Ltd. Richlife Dairies Ltd is now 100% owned subsidiary of Renuka Agri Foods PLC.In February 2014, Renuka Agri Foods PLC has divested 100% shares of Renuka Teas Ceylon (Private) Limited.
