Pegasus Hotels of Ceylon PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company engaged in the hoteliering and leisure related activities. It owns and operates Pegasus Reef Hotel situated in Wattala. The hotel houses 139 rooms, along with other facilities, such as lobby bar, open air restaurant capable of seating 200 packs at a time, pool and refection deck for outdoor functions, swimming pool, squash, badminton, tennis, beach volley ball, table tennis, indoor games, gym, cycling and health center, shopping arcade with gems and other miscellaneous items for shoppers, as well as four air-conditioned banqueting halls. As of March 31, 2013, the Company was a subsidiary of Carson Cumberbatch PLC. As of the same date, it had one subsidiary, Equity Hotels Limited, along with one affiliated company, Carsons Management Services (Private) Limited.
