Gestetner of Ceylon PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company. The principal activities of the Company are the import and sale of photocopiers, duplicators, digital copiers and copy printers, facsimiles, laser printers and multifunctional office equipment. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had three subsidiaries. Nashua Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, imports and markets a range of copiers, computers, duplicators and printers together with accessories, consumables and spares. The other two wholly owned subsidiaries, Gestetner Printing Services (Pvt) Limited and Gestetner Manufacturers (Pvt) Limited, are respectively engaged in the provision of an outsourced photocopying/ printing service and manufacturing duplicating ink.
