Entrust Securities PLC, formerly Ceylinco Shriram Securities Limited, is a primary dealer appointed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to deal exclusively in government securities. 

The Company's core services include investments in government guaranteed treasury bills, treasury bonds, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, dollar denominated bonds, sovereign bonds and inflation linked bonds; sending of securities to credit default swap (CDS) accounts maintained with Central Bank of Sri Lanka on delivery vs. payment (DVP) basis; buying back clients treasury bills, treasury bonds at any time, at very competitive rates and in addition obtaining reverse repurchase agreements against the clients treasury bills and bonds. In addition, the Company also provides investment advices.

Entrust Limited is the parent company of Entrust Securities PLC while Platinum Capital (Pvt) Limited is the ultimate parent company as at 31st March 2014.
