Touchwood Investment PLC at a glance
Touchwood Investment PLC was established in 1999 and listed at CSE in 2002.
If someone bought 100 shares (Rs. 1,000.00) in 2002 IPO now he has 4800 shares in his Portfolio by now.(Subject to Rights were fully subscribed in 2010 by paying Rs. 24,000.00)
If not he has 2400 shares in his Portfolio by now.
Interestingly it seems that the directors disposed their shares before the right issue.
