Kegalle Plantations PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company engaged in the cultivation, manufacture and sale of tea, rubber, coconut, cardamon and other agricultural produce. As of March 31, 2012, the Company's parent undertaking was RPC Plantation Management Services (Pvt) Ltd., and its ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party was Richard Pieris & Company PLC. As of the same date, the Company had one subsidiary, Hamefa Kegalle (Pvt) Ltd.
