TFIL issued 2,540,020 ( Two Million Five Hundred And Forty Thousand And Twenty) Ordinary Voting Shares by way of a Capitalization of revenue reserves in the proportion of one (1) share for every share held by the existing shareholders of the Company, as at 31st March 2010 for a consideration of Rs. 40.00 per share. The shares were allotted to the shareholders on 13th May 2010.
2. The existing ordinary shares of TFIL were subdivided in the proportion of ten (10) shares for every one (01) share held, based on the shareholding as at 29th April 2011, thus increasing the number of shares of the Company from Five Million Eighty Thousand and Forty (5,080,040) to Fifty Million Eight Hundred Thousand and Four Hundred (50,800,400) shares.
