Company has relisted in Colombo Stock Exchange in June 2012 in compliance with the CBSL Directions with the divestment of 10% of the stated capital. The principal activities of the Company comprised of leasing, hire purchase, loans, and mobilization of public deposits.The immediate and ultimate holding company is Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC, which is incorporated in Sri Lanka.
