Quick glance at change of issued quantity of CSE Listed companies between 1996 and 2013

The below tables show the changes of issued quantity of the listed companies on CSE during the period between 1996 and 2013.

Issued quantity were increased due to following reasons:

1. Bonus Issues or Capitalization of Reserves
2. Script Dividend

3. Rights Issues

4. Sub division of shares 

5. Conversion of Debentures into ordinary shares

6. Conversion of Warrants into ordinary shares

7. Private Placement

8. Employee Share Option

Issued quantity were decreased due to following reasons:

1. Share buy back
2. Reverse stock split
